Help From The Gathering Inn<\/h3>\n\n\n

Charity Feyer-Velasquez was awakened by the spray of a lawn sprinkler while sleeping under a bush in a stranger\u2019s yard\u2014and that was the day everything changed. After reaching out for help from\u00a0<\/b>The Gathering Inn<\/u><\/b><\/a>, a nonprofit that serves the area homeless population with a \u201chand up, not a hand out,\u201d Charity is now thriving in a new life and a new career.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n\n

Endless Possibilities At Acceptance Insurance<\/h3>\n\n\n

After a lifetime of part-time, minimum-wage jobs, Charity joined\u00a0<\/b>Acceptance Insurance<\/u><\/b><\/a>\u00a0as a Retail Sales Agent, and now enjoys a 401k, vacation days, and other benefits that, she says, \u201cI never even thought would be possible for me.\u201d As an Acceptance team member, Charity embodies the company\u2019s service vision \u201cTake Care of Each Other,\u201d by giving back to her community, and volunteering at The Gathering Inn, offering hope to those who are now in the same position she once was.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n\n

Looking Toward The Future<\/h3>\n\n\n

Today, Charity is grateful for the opportunities offered to her as an Acceptance team member. “Through working here” she says, \u201cI\u2019ve seen the possibilities for my life.\u201d She is also pleased to count many residents of The Gathering Inn as valued customers at Acceptance, where we firmly believe\u00a0Everyone is Someone<\/i>. We\u2019re so proud of how far Charity has come, and we can\u2019t wait to see how far she\u2019ll go.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n\n
